Can you manage my UniFi system if someone else installed it?

Yes! As long as we can access the system (or help you connect it to the cloud), we’re happy to take over day-to-day management, updates, and optimisation.

What’s included in a monthly support plan?

That depends on what you need — but typical plans include remote support, system checks, proactive updates, and priority access to our team. We can build a plan around your tech, not the other way around.

Do you work with schools or multi-site setups?
